The Pine Brook Hills Homeowners Association’s primary
objective is the promotion of the common good of the residents of Pine Brook
Hills. Organized in the mid 1960’s, the Association was formed by the early
residents to build and improve roads, fight fires and build a firehouse (now
the enlarged Community Center and Firehouse). Direction is provided by the
residents and a Board of Directors who are elected annually. Voluntary dues
of $75 a year support publication of the Pine Brook Press, the Pine Brook
Hills Directory, this website, as well as special undertakings such as the
annual fire mitigation projects, improvements to the Community Center and
community social events. Meetings are held quarterly (or as needed) at the
Community Center, located at 1905 Linden Drive. The Pine Brook Socials are
informal and friendly pot-luck gatherings held before the meetings. The
community calendar lists dates and times of meetings, which are open to all
residents. |
