Meeting Minutes
January
28, 2003
Opening:
The regular
meeting of the Pine Brook Hills Homeowners Association Board was called to
order at 7 PM on January 28, 2003at the Pine Brook Hills Comm. Center in
Boulder, CO by Jim Eyster, President and Chair.
Present:

Al Whitfield, Pam Creswell, Mary Barakat, Jim Woodruff, Suzanne Adams, Param
Singh, Charlie Springer and Joyce Colson
A.
Approval of Agenda, Treasurer’s Report
The agenda
was unanimously approved as distributed. The Treasurer’s Report was
approved unanimously.
B.
Open Issues

Committee
Chairpersons have accepted appointment. They are as follows:
Architectural Review—Ken Larkin,
PBP Editors—Suzanne Adams and Anne Singh, Fire Liaison—Param Singh,
Social—Karen Peperzak and Welcoming—Mary Barakat.

Upkeep of Pine
Brook Hills Comm. Center—obtained commitment to clean on a monthly basis,
Water Board passed upkeep commitment at its last minute, item on upkeep to
be presented to Fire Board

Fire
Mitigation—Anne White trail mitigation completed, money forthcoming, State
Forest Dept. has approved
·
Sunshine Canyon
Fuel Break—discussion re project, letter sent to 47 homeowners on 4 streets
, discussion re various meetings and presentation to PBH Board in March for
determination on how to proceed (need to consider how to proceed if Board
does not receive grant money for mitigation and how best to apply community
funds). Board will need to determine what community should pay for once
information is received and discussed at March board meeting.

Discussion of
proposed multi unit housing development on Lower Linden (not within PBH).

Discussion of
construction on North Cedarbrook, contractor installing new retaining wall

Feb. 6th—Water
Board Mtg. on reservoir scheduled. for March 6th
