Newcomer’s Chair:
Shall deliver or send
PBH directory and welcome letters to PBH newcomers. Shall offer further
information through mail, personal visits or at newcomer get-togethers.
Nominations Chair:
May choose a committee or work alone.
Roads Chair:
Interfaces with the Boulder County Highway Department (Optional position).
ARC Chair:
Enforces the PBH architectural guidelines through leading a committee that
reviews, approves/rejects architectural projects.
Other positions:
Temporary positions may
be formed as needed.
