Please consider coming to a Covenants Committee meeting 7pm this next Tuesday evening Jan 19th at Community Center.  

 

Its purpose: 

- Reviewing Covenants Presentation   

- Establish timeline and To Do list for getting Revised Covenants approved

 

FYI - Update on Second Covenants Survey:

- 64 folks have completed the survey

- 84% (54) will approve draft covenants  (5 say "NO" and 5 are undecided)

- Most don't know what their neighbors will do

- A few more folks have signed up to help with the Covenants
