There are over 400 lots in Pine Brook Hills and there were only 105
people
responding to your survey. Were these 105 people representing 105 different
lots or where there multiple respondents? Without more survey respondents,
you
don't really know the will of the community.
The survey results show that 83% of those responding want to standardize the
covenants but that is really only about 22% of the community. Who is
pushing
for this and why should we spend time and money discussing something that
only
22% of want to change?
